Passport Systems names Ethan Butler as Director of Programs Billerica, Mass.—April 22, 2009—Passport Systems, Inc., a developer of advanced cargo inspection scanning technology, announced today the appointment of Mr. Ethan Butler as Director of Programs. Mr. Butler will continue to serve as Program Manager for Passport’s CAARS and SNAR programs. In addition he will now oversee program management process and policy, and manage all phases of the proposal development process. Prior to joining Passport Systems in 2007, Mr. Butler was an Integration and Test Director with Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Marine Science from the University of Miami, and Master of Science degrees in Engineering and Engineering Management from MIT.
